Policies

BMA-NJ Registration Policy:
* Must be a member in good standing with New Jersey Chapter of the Business Marketing Association to enjoy the member rate.
** Advance registration required to be guaranteed access to the event. If you aren’t registered, you might be turned away. BMA-NJ offers a secure, online payment system that’s part of the registration system. Payment must be made at the time of registration. We do not process credit cards at events, only checks are accepted on site.

BMA-NJ Refund Policy:
• A full refund (minus $5 service fee) can occur if cancellation is prior to the close of Advance Registration date. (Generally 7 days prior the event.)
• A 50% refund can occur if cancellation is at least 48 hours notice prior to event.
• NO refunds will occur if cancellation is less than 48 hours, including no shows. You can to send someone in your place if you must cancel at the last minute.
