Preparing Your Entry

You may submit as many entries as you want. Review the list of eligible divisions and select the most appropriate one for each entry. BMA-NJ reserves the right to move an entry to a different division if deemed appropriate. 

• Fill out the online entry form.
  
  

• Mount all printed pieces on black board with a border not exceeding 1-1/2 inches beyond the dimensions of the original material. Mounting is required for entries in Divisions 1 through 10, 13 through 30, and 35 through 42.
  
  

• Attach a copy of the completed entry form to the back of each entry. Clearly mark any entry with multiple elements. Attach a copy of the entry form to the back of each element, indicating: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3, etc.
  
  

• Entries should be carefully packaged, particularly three-dimensional pieces or entries with multiple elements.
  
  

• All entries become the property of BMA-NJ and will not be returned.
