BMA-NJ uses the guidelines of the DMA Privacy Promise as well as the principles surrounding online and offline data collection best practices. BMA-NJ does not use cookies or collect any personal information from visitors to our website. BMA-NJ’s web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name. BMA-NJ may collect domain names to improve content and for marketing purposes. BMA-NJ follows the Federal Trade Commission's regulations on commercial electronic mail as outlined in the CAN-SPAM Act.
Be assured that BMA-NJ does not rent or sell their lists for any reason. Periodically we may trade our lists with other professional organizations that can supply our membership and the local marketing community with information that we deem useful to the industry of marketing, advertising and public relations.
BMA-NJ sends mailings twice a month – but no more than once a week -- on upcoming events and programs on marketing, advertising and public relations.
