BMA-NJ 2011-12 Sponsorship Program

Calendar Year Sponsorships:
Limited to (1) full- or (2) half-year sponsors each calendar year. Choose from a five or ten month sponsorship period. Sponsors receive an ad at the top of our events page (728×90) at bma‐nj.org for the selected months duration. In addition, sponsors receive an ad (300×250) for each events promotion during the 5- or 10-month period as well as podium presentations, small exhibit table and mailing lists of attendees.

BMA-NJ Member Rate*: $1,875 per full year. $950 per half year.
Non-Member Rate: $2,500 per full year. $1,250 per half year.

Speaker / Workshop Meeting Sponsorships:

Limited to (1) sponsor at each of eight events. Choose from the eight meetings held either as evening speaker presentations or morning workshops. Sponsors receive an ad (see right image) limited to the events promotion period but as well as a podium presentation, small exhibit table and the mailing list of attendees.

BMA-NJ Member Rate*: $375 per meeting.
Non-Member Rate: $500 per meeting.

Cocktail Hour Sponsorships:

Limited to (1) sponsor at each of two events. Choose from the two social networking cocktail hours planned. Sponsors receive an ad (see right image) limited to the events promotion period as well as their logo on a “FREE Drink Card” given to each registered attendee and the mailing list of attendees.

BMA-NJ Member/Non-Member Rate: $200 per cocktail event.

In Kind Sponsorships: Companies that donate goods and/or services used for a particular event will receive a written and verbal acknowledgement during that events’ promotion period. Note: Sponsors are encouraged to donate an item to be raffled at event sponsored.
